ASSO Spa was established in 1988 and for almost thirty years has been operating in the shop fitting industry, manufacturing and selling furniture for retail stores. Since 2012 has started a development program based on a new product for the realization of customized furnishings in HPL laminate for working places, sanitary and fitness environments characterized by high inflow of people, being this product particularly suitable to meet hygiene and cleanness requirements. In the last years ASSO has opened up its doors to the world of design, acquiring two historical brands of the Made in Italy, firstly Maistri and then Minotticucine. There are many similarities between the two companies: both were established in Valpolicella in the second half of the 40s, both manufacture top quality kitchens, based on design, research and skilled manufacturing art, characteristics of excellence that have always distinguished the best Italian companies in the national market and abroad.

HPL System for Life stands out for the production of products intended for high-traffic environments, such as changing rooms and bathrooms found in hotels, restaurants, wellness centers, spas, gyms, campsites, industries, and other public settings. We use high-quality HPL materials to ensure resistance, durability, and ease of maintenance, guaranteeing that our products are suitable for intensive use over time. Our philosophy is based on the customized design of environments, offering flexible and aesthetically pleasing solutions. We create installations in any type of space using self-supporting sandwich walls, integrated with antibacterial and fire-resistant materials such as magnesium oxide and rock wool. We ensure easy cleaning and maintenance with industrial products, guaranteeing full compliance with building and safety regulations for maximum safety and durability over time.

In 2014, Gruppo Asso acquired the minotticucine brand, taking the lead in its design and production. Today, minotticucine by Asso Group has achieved significant milestones, emphasizing the artistic refinement and technical quality of its projects. An example is the special edition "terra in bronzo fuso," a work that balances art and technology. This creation evolves natural elements with human ingenuity, achieving a perfect balance between provocation and simplicity. Designed by Claudio Silvestrin, the "terra in bronzo" kitchen was honored with the Designer Kitchen and Bathroom Award in London. In 2024, minotticucine launched "terra luce," a kitchen crafted with the exclusive Cristallo Vitrum Wow stone from Antolini. This special edition integrates light and stone, allowing natural light to pass through and backlight the kitchen. In the evening, an internal LED system transforms the kitchen into a sculptural and contemplative installation.
